Shipping


Shipping is FREE for all orders over $70. All orders under $70 receive a flat postage rate of $10.

Your invoice will be sent to your nominated email address that you enter at checkout. All orders are sent nationally via Fastway Couriers.
We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 full business days and aim to have items delivered to you as follows:
Estimated delivery times (business days).

NSW: 1 to 3 days
ACT:  2 to 3 days
VIC: 2 to 4 days
QLD: 2 to 3 days
SA: 3 to 4 days
NT: 6 to 7 days
WA: 4 to 5 days

We will contact you within 1-2 business days of your order submission if any items are either out stock or otherwise unavailable to discuss alternative arrangements.

FREE SHIPPING

All orders valued over $70 will receive FREE shipping. For all orders under $70, a $10 flat rate shipping fee applies.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from info@becominghealthy.com.au.
Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders must be notified to Becoming Healthy immediately. To cancel an order, you can contact 1800 806 171 or info@becominghealthy.com.au. Once goods are despatched, order cannot be cancelled.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Becoming Healthy will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the Site are available. However, Becoming Healthy cannot guarantee stock availability. As such, Becoming Healthy will not be liable for stock unavailability or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, due to stocks being unavailable for purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are not 100% happy in any way with any of our products or services please feel free to contact us on 1800 806 171 or info@becominghealthy.com.au. If any of our products are found to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund in which your order is returned to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt (at our cost) for a full refund or replacement.

NON DELIVERIES

If an order does not arrive within the expected time, please notify us on 1800 806 171 or info@becominghealthy.com.au.

Becoming Healthy will endeavour to track the status of the delivery and advise you accordingly. If your goods are lost in transit, Becoming Healthy will replace the item(s) and re-deliver at no cost to you. Becoming Healthy reserves the right to investigate the nature of the non-delivery before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost. If non-delivery is due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, Becoming Healthy will not be liable for the cost of replacing or resending the goods to the correct address.
Becoming Healthy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from non-deliveries.
